Weekly Rustlings

Hey y’all, Happy Unofficial Start of Summer, aka Memorial Day Weekend! I hope you all have founds ways to enjoy the outdoors, a place to put your feet up and relax, but most of all a way to show your gratitude and appreciation for the men and women that serve our country and protect our freedom (the reason for the season).

This time of year is when I start planning out all of the great ways to have fun in Raleigh over the next few months. Some of my favorite things are movies, concerts, and often times free. Here are a couple of ways to fill your time this summer in and about Raleigh:

ClassPass Raleigh Review

I was lucky enough to get contacted a few months ago by ClassPass asking if I’d be interested in a free one-month membership to try and review. At the time I was mega-pregnant and they were awesome enough to work with me so I could chose my month and not miss out. I chose April so a few days before the first of the month I hopped on to ClassPass and roamed around. Here’s what I found out…

Have a Picnic in Central Park

I love Central Park. I do. I love how you can stand inside the limits of Central Park and be completely aware of the hustle and bustle of New York City, but at the same time indulge in the calm and peace of nature. If I was a New York city gal I’d be in Central Park more often than not.
