Welcome to a new month, friends! A new opportunity to live life the way you want to live life, a blank space per say. This month I’m attempting to form a new habit, I’m going to attempt to get my daily workout in during my work hours (refer to our 2015 bucket lists). They say it takes 21 days to form a new habit and as of today I’ve got 28 of them!
